We’ve heard from the Visitor Team at Manchester Museum that they are offering a free Spanish tour this coming Sunday, 19th August.

Manchester Museum is one of Manchester’s top attractions, and a tour in Spanish is a great way to practise your Spanish language skills and maybe to meet some Spanish tourists who you can chat to after the event.

The tour will encompass all the museum’s galleries and highlight some of the most outstanding objects in its collections, from Jurassic fossils and endangered reptiles and amphibians, to relics of Ancient Egypt and treasures from other cultures.

Manchester Museum has a programme of outreach to the museum’s international and foreign language speaking visitors, and as a part of that they offer free tours aimed at native speakers and students of Spanish, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese.

We’ll keep you updated if we hear more about future free Spanish tours, and here are the details for Sunday:
