Many of our language students at La Academia are undertaking language classes which are paid for by their company.
Sometimes this is to equip the employee with a language they will need in the course of their job – classes in business French, German, Chinese and so on help the employees to communicate better with clients overseas. These classes are usually held at a company’s offices and are tailored to their industry and the countries and languages that the business deals in. We also work for businesses who have overseas staff coming to the UK that want to improve their English, and we run tailored English (ESOL) classes for these employees.
In addition, many companies we work with pay for their staff to learn a language in their own time, as an employee reward or incentive. Learning a language is great fun and boosts confidence. Companies which reward their staff with interesting courses to develop language skills find the investment pays back in increased motivation and loyalty.
We currently offer business language classes at our offices in Manchester, in French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese, as well as Chinese and ESOL, and our language tutors also travel to Stockport, Liverpool, Bolton, Burnley, Warrington and other locations in the NorthWest to teach business language classes.
