Which countries speak Spanish?
It’s not just mainland Spain – if you are holidaying in the Canary Islands, South or Central America (including Argentina, Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, and Puerto Rico) learning Spanish will help you to enjoy your holiday more. Learning Spanish will help you communicate better with people at your hotel, at the airport, in restaurants and allow you to explore your surroundings with more confidence.
La Academia offers several ways for you to start learning Spanish or to brush up your Spanish skills before you fly away – with lessons from beginner to advanced level. There is also our ever-popular Spanish conversation group on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 11-12 noon, for those who have already learned some Spanish.
What are your reasons for not learning Spanish?

Too difficult? You’d be surprised at how easy it is to learn holiday Spanish at la Academia. We have many students who have no previous language learning experience, or who did not succeed at learning languages in the past but they are now doing really well at Spanish – and you can, too!
