Did you know that learning to speak Spanish is a cakewalk for native English-speaking adults… or, should we say, a tapas-walk?

According to CNN Travel’s John Malathronas, “…Spanish and Italian are the easiest (languages) for native English speakers to learn, followed by Portuguese and finally French.”

He adds, “My advice is that you should learn a language because you’re also interested in the culture and the country.”

It’s sound counsel, especially with World Tapas Day around the corner on 16th June. What better reminder could you wish for that learning to speak Spanish can be simple and scrumptious?

But it’s not a perfect recipe for success without a liberal helping of certain transformative ingredients.

When Learning to Speak Spanish is a Pleasure Not a Chore-izo

Learning to speak Spanish quickly, intuitively and at pace is completely do-able when you’ve got an amazing teacher at a phenomenal language school like La Academia.

But don’t take our word for it.

Ex-student Jon Roman enthused, “The Spanish classes… have been superb and exceeded my expectations! Sonia is a fantastic teacher who is really approachable. She makes sure everyone is understanding the topics covered.

“I’m really impressed at how much we cover in the weekly lessons, whilst Sonia keeps it fun and informative at the same time. Muchas gracias Sonia y La Academia team – I can’t wait to keep enjoying learning Espanol!”
