Recently at la Academia we have recruited some great new teachers! We have new Spanish teachers, and also French, Portuguese and Japanese teachers, so if you’d like the challenge of learning a new language, we can help!
Learning a language is fun as well as being challenging and useful. Our students are learning languages for a variety of reasons – to speak the local language when on holiday, for work, to communicate better with friends or family members, and for the sheer challenge.
Some of our students are brushing up a language they learned in the past, at school or while living abroad. Others are starting to learn a language from scratch. Some are at an Advanced level, or are studying for GCSE or A level qualifications. Some speak several foreign languages, many are learning their first. Their ages range from nursery school children to retired people – languages are fun at any age!
Whatever your situation or language ambitions, la Academia can get you to where you want to be! We offer a wide range of language classes with other learners at our language school in Cheadle, just south of Manchester. These are great value and enjoyable, as you are learning with other students. We also offer 1 to 1 tuition. This allows the teacher to focus just on you, and tailor the sessions to your individual needs. This is great way to progress quickly. For sheer fun and enjoyment our Saturday Spanish conversation classes allow you to express yourself in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, whatever the level of your Spanish.
